I began my journey as a therapist out of a passion to help people. Seeing individuals struggle with depression, anxiety, stress and being unhappy, motivated me to acquire the skills and knowledge to help others. I believe if we can change our thinking, we can change our feelings and in turn, we can change our behavior. As a therapist, I have helped many achieve peace and happiness. With a background in psychology, I graduated with honors from Rutgers University with a Masters in Social Work degree. Subsequently I received my License in Clinical Social Work. I am trained in Divorce Mediation and Collaborative Law Divorce.
A a mental health professional, I work with individuals and couples to manage stress, and reduce feelings of anxiety and depression. In addition, my practice focuses on helping individuals, couples and families who are contemplating or going through a divorce. While this can be a very stressful experience, I will help you, your partner, and your family achieve a peaceful resolution. You will dissolve your relationship with respect and dignity.
As a Divorce Coach, I will help you and your partner through the divorce process to achieve a healthy post-divorce outcome. As a Collaborative Trained Professional and with training in Divorce Mediation, I understand divorce and the issues that may arise that potentially make reaching a settlement agreement difficult. These issues can cause additional stress and unnecessary expense. If you and your partner have children, the manner in which you approach the divorce process can have lingering effects on them. As a Child Specialist, I will be the voice of the child helping couples do what is in the best interest of their child/children.
